G. Duane Johnson

G. Duane Johnson, 72, of Alexander, passed away April 13, 2016. He was born to Clifford and Nettie Johnson on March 20, 1944 in Pocahontas, Arkansas. Duane loved his family always putting them first. His favorite pastime was riding his motorcycle. Duane was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters; Jane and Pat and one grandchild; Jeremy Lawson. He is survived by his loving wife of fifty years; Leda, two children; James Duane Johnson (Melinda) and Melanie Travis (Mark), six grandchildren; Megan, Michael, Jesse, Alex, Dakota, Lara and three great-grandsons.
