Evelyn Juanita Tipton

Evelyn Juanita Tipton, 85, of Cabot, died Friday, April 15, 2016. She was born Nov. 17, 1930 in England to the late Arthur M. and Jewel Ward Phillips. Mrs. Tipton was a member of Briarwood Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Tipton was preceded in death by her husband, William Allen Tipton. Mrs. Tipton is survived by her children: Tommy Tipton, Darel Tipton, Doris Belden and husband, Dennis, Barry Tipton and wife, Julia and Tim Tipton and wife, Shannon; 14 grandchildren: Johnny, Charlotte (Robert), David (Lynette), Michael, Bradley (Ashley), Daryl, James, Amanda, Morgan, Dane, Melea, Jordan, Tristan and Erica; 23 great-grandchildren: Christopher, Kyle, Brandon, Wesley, Jada, Nicholas, Audrey, Addyson, Kenneth, Skye, Decker, Darke, Savannah, Fisher, Mason, Cassie, Ariannah, Elijah, Sophie, Marshall, Braden, Kinley and Lydia; and two great-great-grandchildren, Maggie and Axel. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Briarwood Baptist Church in Cabot with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville.
