Thomas "Tommy Tugwell Jr, age 83, Malvern, passed away April 16, 2016. Survivors: wife, Janet James Tugwell; daughters, Becky Jones and Fay Glover, all of Malvern; adopted daughters, Debra Shepherd and Trenda James; grandchildren: Chad (Johanna) Burrow, Brad (Madeline) Burrow, and Riley Jones; great-grandchildren, Konner Branch and Kiley Branch; brother, Kenneth of Mayflower; two sisters, Lena Rose of Malvern and Janie Culpepper of Pine Bluff.
