Todd Douglas Basham, 56, of Bentonville, passed from this life on April 23, 2016 at Willard Walker Hospice Home while surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 11, 1960 in Colorado Springs, Colo. to Gene and June White Basham. He is preceded in death by his father. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Ann Basham; his son, Brett Basham; his daughter, Blake Basham; his mother, June Basham; his siblings, Nola Harpley and her husband, Ken of Crossville, Tennessee, Debra Barnes and her husband John of Dyersburg, Tenn., Cynthia Zpevak and her husband Michael of Austin, Texas, and Tammy Duke and her husband Mike of Hendersonville, Tenn. and ten nieces and nephews.
