JC Samel "Frog" Phillips, 74, of North Little Rock passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016. He leaves to cherish his memory; wife of 52 years, Erma Jean Phillips; children, Ronnie Phillips Donald Tidwell, Debra Kelly; siblings, Mae Alice Evans, Lee (Essie), Andrew, AC (Betty) and Norris Phillips.
