James Rose

James "Jim" Stewart Rose, age 50, journeyed to his Heavenly home on August 4th, 2016. To know Jim was to know a faithful servant of Jesus Christ. His latest assignment was Interim Pastor at Monnie Springs Assembly of God in Roland, Ark. He was fulfilling his long-time dream of pastoring. Jim was born in Fort Hood, Texas on April 21, 1966 to William Rose and Elizabeth Rose (deceased). He married the love of his life, and best friend, Cynthia on July 6th, 1992. Together they have touched so many lives for the Lord. Of all his passions, his biggest passion was his family. He leaves behind his precious wife, Cynthia Faith Rose; daughter, Nikki James and husband Justin; son, David Rose and wife Katrina; and granddaughters, Anyah Rose and Emersyn James. He is also survived by his father, William Rose; his sisters, Bobbie Rose, Angela Mallory, Terri Rose, and Catherine Rose; and his brother, David Rose. Funeral service will be held at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home on Thursday, August 11th at 10 a.m., followed by burial at noon at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
