David Glen Yearian, affectionately known as "Pappa", 74, of North Little Rock, died Sunday, August 7, 2016. He was born August 25, 1941 in Lake Village, Arkansas to the late W.C. Yearian Sr. and Nannie Mae Cunningham Yearian. David was of Baptist faith and a member of Levy Baptist Church. He received his salvation at age 7. He was a good, caring, and loving man. He enjoyed the simple things in life. He got great enjoyment from nature, farming, birds, and most of all, his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Barbara King. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Anita Smith Yearian of the home; daughters, Rebecca Dianne Welsh (Jeff) of Elk Point, South Dakota, and Cynthia Ann Rosson (Dale) of Olive Branch, Mississippi; grandchildren, Daniel David Choate, Jacob Andrew Stewart, Shelbey Welch, and Trent and Leanne Rosson; brother, Dr. William C. Yearian, II, of Fayetteville; brother in law, Allen Wayne King Sr.; and four nephews. Visitation will be Monday, August 15, 2016 from 10-11 a.m. at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, with funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Hicks Cemetery.
