J.D. Humphrey, 90, of Russellville, died Monday, August 8, 2016 at Russellville Nursing & Rehab in Russellville. Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Humphrey Chapel. The family will receive friends from 9:15 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Full military honors will be provided by the Rogers-Ryes Post #2283 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
