Jess Wallace (Dick) Buck, 90, of Mena passed away August 10, 2016 in Talihina, Oklahoma. Mr. Buck was sent for cremation under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena. Memorial service will be planned at a later date.
