Oscar Deckard, 88, of Hardy, Ark., formerly of Garfield, died August 22 in West Plains, Mo. Service set for 1 p.m. August 26 at Freewill Baptist Church in Pea Ridge. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
