William Earl Pennington Sr., 52, of Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016. He leaves to cherish his memory; children, William E. Pennington, Jr. (Deniccia), and Bonnieneesha Martin; siblings, Antonio, Frederick, Paul, Allen (Ramonica), Cynthia and Dovetta Pennington and Frank Askew Jr., and a host of other relatives and friends.
