Linda Kay Gaban

Linda Kay (Gould) Gaban, 62 of Mabelvale is the best mother to have ever lived, she passed away Saturday August 27, 2016. Linda was an extraordinarily kind soul who made her life's mission to serve her family and do all she could to ensure their happiness. She had a passion for gardening and landscaping; she referred to every flower as "one of her babies." The void this woman has left cannot be quantified. Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Edward "Corky" Gaban, her father Leland R. Gould and sister-in-law, Vivian Lea. She is survived by her son Adam Edward Gaban, mother, Elwanda (Shaw) Gould, sister-in-law, (and best friend) Bobbie J. O'Quin, sister Jo Ann Mills, along with many other relatives. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 29, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Forest Hills, 10200 Hwy. 5 North, Alexander, Arkansas. A Funeral service will follow, Thursday, September 1st at 10 am. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 Highway 5 North, Alexander, Ark. 72202.
