Harriet Coulter

Harriet Coulter, 76, of Fayetteville passed away Friday, Dec. 2, 2016 in Fayetteville. She was born Jan. 4, 1940 in Bridgeton, New Jersey to Charles and Gladys Jaggers Tupper. She served faithfully for over 20 years at Lifeway Christian Bookstore. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James E. Coulter; and a brother, Donald Tupper. Beloved mother to Daniel Coulter of Jacksonville, Fla.; Sarah Farley and husband, Lynn of Little Rock; Sam Coulter and wife, Lisa of N. Little Rock; Julia Coulter of N. Little Rock; Deborah Kirk of Fayetteville; James Coulter of N. Little Rock; and Charles Coulter of Virginia; nine grandchildren; and 1one great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016 at Beard's Chapel with Pastor Kirk Shelton officiating. Cremation arrangements by Beard's Chapel.
