Chase Oneal Trusty, 42, of Bigelow, Ark., passed away suddenly Dec. 8, 2016 at UAMS due to complications with an infection. He was born in Little Rock, Ark., to Mike and Paulette (Sites) Trusty. Chase had an Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and worked with his father at Mike Trusty Engineering. Chase is survived by his loving wife Meghan (Johnson) Trusty and two precious daughters, Chloe and Charleigh. Chase always had a big soft heart for children of special needs. He was the youngest coach for the Arkansas Special Olympics bicycling team and to lead his team to win a gold medal at the National Special Olympics. He was a accomplished musician on many instruments, an avid outdoorsman, loved hiking, canoeing, kayaking, water sports, motorsports and camping. He was an active member of Calvary Church of the Nazarene. Chase was a very loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and son as well as an animal lover. Chase was always willing to help someone in need. He was truly a caring person. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Ark., 72211 (501) 224-8300. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Monday, Dec. 12, at Calvary Church of the Nazarene, 10325 W. 36 Street, Little Rock with burial following at Lost Creek Cemetery in Sheridan, Ark.
