Betty Simpson

Betty Simpson, 77, of Jacksonville passed away on December 11th, 2016. She was born in Geyer Springs, Arkansas on June 8, 1939. She was preceded in death by her son Mike Simpson. She leaves behind a loving husband Merodith Henry "Peck" Simpson; sons Jerry, Mark, and Danny Simpson. Betty is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Betty made the world a better place and will be sadly missed. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday December 15, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday December 16, 2016 at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home with burial following at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
