We would like to welcome all of you in celebrating our mother's life. Margaret Beall Lengefeld, age 77, of Fayetteville, Ark., passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2016. Margaret gracefully came into this world on February 13, 1939 in El Paso, Texas. She was born to parents, Thomas Davidson Beall and Helen Jones Beall. She is survived by her daughter Mary Helen Peter and husband "Theo" of Fayetteville, Ark.; her son David Eugene Lengefeld and wife Emily of Poyen, Ark.; granddaughter Chelsea Riley of Charlotte, N.C.; her granddaughters Zoe and Ava Lengefeld of Poyen, Ark. Oh yes, we must not forget her beloved cat Delilah who she spoiled with kitty treats! She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Helen Beall; her brother Tommy Beall; her late husband, Reverend Carl Sandford Lengefeld; and her grandson, Preston Riley. When she was a young woman she attended Gulf Park College for women in Gulf Port, MS; then she attended Auburn University in Auburn, Ala. for one year, and then finished her degree at UTEP College in El Paso, Texas. She received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Physical Education and was also bilingual and taught Spanish. She was honored and served as a debutant in the Sun Bowl parade in El Paso, Texas. Margaret was truly a lady of style and grace. She married her husband, Carl, November 23, 1968. She followed him into the ministry, which proved to be very challenging at times, but she never waiverd in her faith and trust in the Lord.
