Oscar Lee "Bud" Caldwell Jr., 74, of Arkadelphia died Thursday, December 15, 2016 at a Hot Springs hospital. Memorial services will be held Sunday, December 18, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville. Interment will follow in the Campground Cemetery at Bethesda.
