ROBERT HILL JR., 3917 Malloy Street, age 87, departed this life on Friday, Dec. 16, 2016. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a,m. on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016 at Premier Funeral Home. Afterwards, Funeral Services will be held at Premier Funeral Home, Little Rock, Ark., at 11 a.m., Dec. 21, 2016. Interment will be at Pinecrest Cemetery in Alexander, Ark. Robert Hill Jr. was born on Aug. 18, 1929 to the late Robert and Mary Francis Hill of Little Rock, Ark. He silently departed this life on Friday, Dec. 16, 2016 in Little Rock, Ark. He was an active member of Bread of Heaven Church in Little Rock, Ark. Mr. Hill was retired from Coleman Dairy and the Little Rock School District. He was preceded in death by Aleesha Moore, granddaughter, and Jerry Walton, son-in-law. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Mrs. Aletha Wilkins Hill; one brother, Mr. Benjamin Hill (Gloria) of Ashdown, Ark.; eight sons and three daughters: Mr. Bobby Joe Hill (Judy) of Russellville, Ark.; Mr. James Hill, Mr. Robert Hill (Vera), Mr. Louis Hill (Diane), Mr. Damon Hill (Patsy), Mr. Isaac Hill (Beverlyn), Mr. Eric Hill (Latrece); Mr. Vincent Hill (Katina); Mrs. Beverly Blake (Jackie) all of Little Rock, Ark.; Mrs. Betty Moore of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Mrs. Gayle Walton of Maumelle, Ark; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends. Robert Hill Jr. had a loving heart with infectious humor, a long-standing service to others and he truly never met a stranger because of his charismatic personality. He lived and served with a love of God, family and community that will always live in our memories each and every day.
