Jay Burton Fredrick

Jay Burton Fredrick, 68, of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family, Dec. 22, 2016. He was born Jan. 11, 1948 in Springdale, Ark., to the late JB & Mildred Fredrick. He was preceded in death by his sister Patricia Rush. Survivors include: son, Chip Fredrick (Katina); daughters, Jody Piazza (Eugene), Jada Fredrick, and Tonya Nelson (Heath); granddaughters Zoie Piazza, Holyn and Laney Fredrick and grandson, Aidan Kimbrough. He also leaves behind his two beloved cats, Ed and Trixie. Memorial Service will be held at Bella Vista Funeral Home on Saturday Dec. 31, 2016 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bella Vista Animal Shelter or to Fayetteville Veterans Hospital.
