Clemit Phillips, 86, of Pine Bluff, died Thursday. Survivors: wife, Clyda; daughter, Lisa Jo Cook; grandsons, Reid Copeland and Riley Ramirez; great-grandson, Raylan Copeland; brothers, Roscoe Phillips, Sherman Phillips and Ottie Phillips.
