Walter N. Flower

WALTER N. FLOWERS, age 78, of Sherwood, Ark., passed away Friday, Jan. 29, 2016. He was born Nov. 28, 1937 in Scotland, Ark., a son of Walter Lee Flowers and Laura Poteete Flowers. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella Gene Hightower Flowers and was a retired grocery clerk from Safeway. Survivors include his daughter, Debbie Calaway of Sherwood; two sons, Larry Zumwalt of Cabot and Randy Zumwalt of North Little Rock; grandchildren: Debbie Zumwalt of Cabot, Angel Martin of Greenbrier, and Michaella Calaway of Sherwood. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016 at the Harris Chapel with Bro. Brad Underwood officiating. Burial will be at May Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
