Jane Stanton

Jane Stanton, 74, of North Little Rock went to be with the Lord Monday, February 1, 2016. She was born January 25, 1942 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Basil and Elma Price Jackson. She was a strong, spiritual, loving woman and worked in her upholstery business for nearly 40 years before retiring at 67. She was an artist, and a writer with a great sense of humor. Jane is survived by her daughter, Phoebe Smith (50); three grandchildren, Nicole (25), Zeke and Zach (22); two great-grandchildren, Brayden (5) and Marley (9 months); two brothers, Shelby Jackson and Jackie "Sonny" Jackson; and three sisters, Sue Gentry, Barbara Daniels and Patricia Jackson. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Donald Jackson and Billy Jackson and her husband and father to Phoebe, Larry Treet. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery.
