Clara Jo Carter

Clara Jo Viner Carter, 82, died Monday, Feb. 8, 2016. She was a lifetime member of Hardy United Methodist Church where the funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Survivors include her son, Franklin of Fort Smith and brother, Jim of Little Rock.
