Paul Wayne Joslin

Paul Wayne Joslin, age 65, of Alexander, passed away Friday, Feb. 19, 2016. He was born March 18, 1950 in Portageville, Mo. Paul was a U.S. Marine and a retired mechanic. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Luther and Flora Christine Joslin, Sr.; daughter, Annette Joslin; three brothers: Albert Luther Joslin, Jr., Roy George Joslin and James Earl Joslin and four sisters: Marjorie Hellen Brown, Lillie Mae Pavey, Gladys Warner and Dovie Jean Childress. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Wanda Louise Joslin; two granddaughters, Miranda Skye Traylor and Morgan Brooke Traylor; four sisters: Shirley Spears (Speedy), Pat Whitlow (Wayne), Mary Abbott (Horace) and Wanda Rounsaville (Max Skaggs); and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Pallbearers will be Darrel Joslin, David Wake, Albert Dale Kyle, Darrin Holliman, Johnny Runyan, Clarence Kyle, William Henson, and Leon Joslin. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Jones, Dustin Jones, Derek Jones and Joey Henson. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 24 at Ashby Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 25 at West Bauxite Missionary Baptist Church with burial at Social Hill Cemetery. Bro. Melvin Burris will be officiating.
