Billie Jean Wofford

Billie Jean Wofford, age 87, of Morrilton, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2016. She was born June 20, 1928 in Plumerville, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Harley Pettingill and Melissa Turney Pettingill. She was a loan officer and a charter member at Calvary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Bill Wofford of Morrilton; sons, Mike (Mary) Wofford and Steve (Stephanie) Wofford, both of Morrilton; daughters, Sherri Wofford and Patti (John) Wingo, both of Morrilton; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, D.H. Pettingill and Dale Pettingill and granddaughter, Madeleine Grace Wingo. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 27, at Calvary Baptist Church with Bro. Sonny Harvison and Bro. Roy Tilley officiating.
