Samantha "Sam" Rhea Nichols, 47, of Omaha, Ark., passed away on Thursday Feb. 25,2016 in Missouri. Sam is survived by her husband, Don, and daughter, Abby, of Omaha, parents Jim and Mary Williams of Cabot. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Sunday Feb. 28, 2016, at Omaha Baptist Church in Omaha, Ark.
