Halle Fish, 19, passed away Dec. 28, 2015. She was born Aug. 1, 1996 in Little Rock. She is survived by her mother and step-father Stephanie & Richard Bowen; father Nicholas Fish; brothers Sawyer and Tucker; and sister Graceyn.
