Walter Lee Grantham

Walter Lee Grantham, 82, of Cabot, died Wednesday, December 30, 2015. He was born January 14, 1933, to the late Victor Grantham and Mattie Yeager Grantham. Walter worked for Matlack Trucking for over 25 years. He was full of spirit, had a great sense of humor, and never met a stranger. He is preceded in death by his parents; the love of his life of 43 years, Shirl Whiteside Grantham; and a son, Larry Grantham. Walter is survived by his children; Brenda Irvin, Gaylon Grantham (Denise), Troy Grantham, Keith Grantham, and Tony Grantham (Karen); step-sons, Steve Brouillette, and Michael Brouillette, his son-in-law, Claud Irvin, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be Saturday, January 9, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Donations may be made to Cabot Animal Shelter (501) 843-2021.
