Louis Jett Sneed

Louis Jett Sneed, age 76, of Heber Springs, Arkansas died January 5, 2016. He was born June 2, 1941 in Pine Bluff to the late Walter and Eunice Sneed. Louis was former Texaco service station owner and tire salesman in Heber Springs. He and his wife enjoyed being campground hosts at Buffalo Point. He easily made people laugh. Louis loved his wife, children and grandchildren more than anything and showed that love often. He is preceded in death by his brother, Donald Sneed; four sisters: Margaret Casey, Helen Barnes, Dorothy Hurst, and Laverne Forbes; and his son and daughter-in-law, Don and Linda Rouse Sneed. Louis is survived by his wife, Sandra of Heber Springs; daughter, Cindy Sneed Mendenhall of Heber Springs; six grandchildren: Jeanne Adams and her husband, Jeremy, of Heber Springs, Tyler Sneed and his wife, Estee, of White Hall, Kristi Adams of Heber Springs, Jett Desoto of Heber Springs, Bethany Desoto of Heber Springs, and Emilee "Cricket" Sneed of Heber Springs; and six great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 9 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Church of the Nazarene in Heber Springs.
