James Taylor, 70, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Sunday, January 10, 2016. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Church of God Prophecy, 210 N. 9th Street, West Helena. Visitation will from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Roller-Citizens Chapel. Burial at Sunset Memorial Park.
