Jonas Casey Cannon, 51, of Little Rock passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2016. He was born in Cotton Plant, Arkansas to Carolina (C.C.) and Barbara Cannon. He was employed by Delta Airlines, attended Henderson State University and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. He was preceded in death by his father, Carolina (C.C.) Cannon; mother, Barbara Cannon; and brother, David Cannon. He leaves to cherish his memory; his loving wife of 25 years, Michele Chinnery Cannon; five children, Kimberly (Cameron) Swift of Dallas, Texas; Xavier (Tiffany), Jordan and Justin Cannon of Little Rock and PaeVentrice Cannon of Dallas, Texas. Siblings include three brothers, Ivory (Sarah) Cannon of Little Rock, Sterling (Sandra) Cannon of Dallas, Texas and Raymond (Veola) Cannon of Cotton Plant; six sisters, Naomi (Carl) Wamble of Springdale, Maryland, Gloria Williams of Little Rock; Betty Cannon and Linda (Greg) Green of Dallas, Texas; Donna (Eddie) Dilworth of Choctaw, Okla.; Coretta (Alvin) Jones of Memphis, Tenn. and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 16, 2016 and Family hour will be 6-8 p.m., Friday, January 15, 2016. Both services will be held at Eighth Street Missionary Baptist Church, 901 Scipio A. Jones Drive, North Little Rock, Ark. Interment Roselawn Memorial Park in Little Rock, Ark.
