Frances Shirley

Mrs. Frances Eleanor (Tansey) Shirley died peacefully in the care of Crossroads Hospice of Memphis, on Saturday evening, January 2, 2016. She was 97 years old. She is survived by two sons, Michael Ogden Shirley and his wife Betty of Dover, Ark., and William Wright Shirley and his wife Linda of Germantown, Tenn. She also leaves six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service in the Chapel at Fairview Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ark., on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fayetteville Public Library, 401 W.
