Richard Lewis Tockman, 77, passed away Jan. 15, 2016. Survivors: wife: Faye H. Tockman, one daughter: Amber Foster, two sons: Steven and Craig Tockman, one stepdaughter: Pam Roberts, two brothers: Allen and Lewis Tockman, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
