Ruby Latimer, 80, of Piggott, Ark., passed away Jan. 15, 2016, in Jonesboro, Ark. Services are Jan. 18, 2016, at 11 a.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Piggott with Scott Ruhman officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott. Visitation is Sunday at 6 p.m.
