Brian Jon Kolb, 48, of Fayetteville, Ark. died Jan. 21, 2016 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Ark. He was born Dec. 21, 1967 in Miami, Fla. to Jerry and Mary Lou Kolb. Preceded in death by his mother and brother, Christopher Kolb. He is survived by his father and an aunt, Mary Lou VanDervieren of Bella Vista, Ark. No services are planned.
