Charles Gary Blair Jr. 28, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed on January 22, 2016. His loving survivors include: six children, Cytre', Chariya, Charay, Artavion, Chaniyah and Taniya; one God child, Talen; parents, Gary Blair Sr. and Loyce Hilliard Blair; grandmother, Elizabeth Lee Blair; sister, Natasha Blair; brothers, Andre' Hilliard, Curtis Gill and Malachi Freeman a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. A celebration of his life will be on Saturday, January 30, 2016, 11 a.m., at Samaritan Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 1001 East 13th Street, NLR, Ark.
