Clela Mae (Cain) Burlison

Clela Mae (Cain) Burlison, 68, of Sallisaw, Okla. passed from this life on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Circle of Life Hospice Center, Springdale, Ark. She was born on October 20, 1947 in Huntsville, Arkansas to the late Nolan Cain and Donna Bloss. She worked in the banking industry for 30 years. Clela is preceded in death by three brothers, Arthur, Gerald "Doc" and Ronney Cain; and two sisters, Zandra Parson and Janice Swift. Left to cherish her memory, husband, John T. Burlison of Sallisaw, OK; two daughters, Lisa Hash and Trisha Wallace; sister, Shirley Stephens; grandchildren, John David Hash, Blake, Laruen and Brooke Wallace; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her precious two dogs, Heidi May and Reba May Burlison. Clela enjoyed camping, pontooning, fishing, cooking and loved spending time with family, friends and her dogs, "Girls". Clela was full of life and lived every day to the fullest, everyone that knew her would say this. She was bubbly, always made an entrance wherever she went, and had such a caring heart. It's time you spread your wings… the most beautiful butterfly! In lieu of flowers Clela wanted donations made to your local animal shelter, she loved dogs, or Circle Of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Immanuel Baptist Church, 1101 N Wheeler, Sallisaw, Okla. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, Okla.
