Russell Hugh Raney, Sr., 72, went to be with the Lord, July 2, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Dottie Johnson Raney; his son, Russell "Rusty" Raney, Jr. (Kelley); his daughters, Gina Wallace (Daniel Whitson), Angelia Parsons (Tim); and brother, Henry Raney (Jen); nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
