Albert Ray "Punk" Cooksey left this life July 4, 2016, in Phoenix, Ariz. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Lemley Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 11, at Lemley Chapel. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery.
