ERSIE LEE "PAYLOR" MCCLENDON, 86, who recently returned to Little Rock from Chicago after more than 50 years, transitioned to her heavenly home on July 5, 2016. Ersie worked for the United States Post Office for more than 30 years. She was an active Christian. Visitation will be Tuesday, 7:30-8:30 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S.
