Dewitt Burrell

Dewitt Burrell was the sixth of nine children born to Frankie and James Burrell on August 27, 1937 in West Helena, Ark. Dewitt was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and brother, Vanilla Kemp and Cardell Burrell. Dewitt departed this life on Saturday, July 9, 2016. Dewitt leaves to cherish his memory children, Deborah Burrell-Galloway and Barry O'Shea Burrell, Helena-West Helena, Ark.; Marcus (Latasha) Burrell, Temple Hills, Md.; Dewayne (Carolyn) Brown, West Memphis, Ark.; Synetra Burrell-Morris, Fayetteville, Ark.; Dewitt Burrell, Jr., Memphis, Tenn.; Dee Dee Burrell, Cleveland, Ohio; 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild; sisters, Dorothy Gatlin and Marie Corbin, Helena-West Helena, Ark.; LoEllis (Howard) Miller, Madison, AL, Gertrude Gaines, of Detroit, Mich.; numerous other relatives.
