Carl Lee Wilson

Carl Lee Wilson, age 82, of Cabot, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2016. He was born January 25, 1934 to the late Adarin and Alzy Wilson. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruby Lee Wilson, granddaughter, Wendy Lee and his son-in-law Ray Haney. He was a deacon at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Jacksonville. He enjoyed spending time with his friends at the Waffle House. He will always be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his daughters, Margaret Smith and her husband Alan, Peggy Portell and her husband Simon, Linda Haney, Glenda Costello and her husband Greg, seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Polk officiating. Interment will follow in Arkansas Memorial Gardens.
