Willie T. Dillard, 74, of Little Rock passed July 14, 2016. Survivors: three sons, Willie and Kevin of California and Jaron of Little Rock; one brother, Billy Sr. (Dorothy) of Memphis, Tenn.; three sisters, Ernestine Galang of Carson, Calif., Delorise Binns and Gloria Dillard of Little Rock; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
