Floy O. Starr Free Biggs

Floy O. Starr Free Biggs passed from this earth on July 20, 2016. She was born September 15, 1924 in Faulkner County Arkansas near the small Community of Mt. Vernon. Throughout her life she was a member of the Church of Christ and attended with the Sandstone Drive Church of Christ in Little Rock during her final years. Floy was preceded in death by her father, Francis Marion Starr, mother Margaret Annie White Starr, her husband of 47 years, and the father of her six children, Lee Vern Free, her infant son, Bobbie Morris Free, her daughter Irma Lee Wallace, her second husband Lewis Biggs, of North Little Rock, one grandson, Chad Hunneycutt of Little Rock, six brothers, Joe, Ancil, Eldon, Marvin, Fay, Bobby and three sisters, Leota Bartley, Jewell Hill and Mary Nell Harlan. Floy is survived by two daughters, Shirley Willcox (Jim) of Grapevine, Texas, Vickie Williams (Steve) of Alexander, Ark., and two Sons, Jackson Free (Patsy) of Rogers, Ark., Dennis Free (Ruth) of Little Rock, Ark., son-in-law, Ray Wallace of Little Rock, Ark., sister, Norma Ray of Conway, Ark. She was also blessed with 16 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday July 23, 2016 in the chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with Minister Lee Motes and Jack Free officiating.
