His passion for his work was always evident in the energy he put forth in providing excellent, personalized customer service to every client. The birth of their son, Richard Haven Baugh, in 2012, was an occasion of immense joy and pride for Rick. It would have been impossible to find a daddy anywhere in Texas who would have been more humbled, more proud, or more filled with joy than Rick when he met his son, Haven, for the first time. Together with his wife of 18 years, Robyn Keller-Baugh, they built a life of love to share with their son and extended family.
