Emma Jean Sharp

EMMA JEAN SHARP, age 84, of Jacksonville passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016. She was born Sept. 5, 1931 in Hot Springs, Ark., to the late Lee and Pearlie Graves. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Sharp Varnell, and one brother Donald L. Graves. Mrs. Sharp enjoyed planting flowers and will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Roy Sharp; three sons, Ronald F. Sharp and his wife, (Lynne), Michael R. Sharp and Dureta, Jeffrey Lee Sharp and his wife, Kim, twelve grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, June 6, 2016 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.
