Willis C. Archer

Willis C. Archer, 77, of Clinton passed away Monday June 6, 2016 at his home. Born November 15, 1938 in Dennard, Arkansas to the late Homer and Mittie Chalk Archer, Willis was a retired dock supervisor for Banquet Foods and was of the Baptist faith. In his free time, Willis enjoyed hunting, fishing, working outdoors and mowing his lawn. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 50 years, Mary Masterson Archer; daughters Paula Treat and husband Mike of Shirley, Melissa Sumners and husband Tom of Dennard; three grandchildren, Courtney Treat, Tyler Linn, and Caleb Linn; one brother, Raymond Archer of Kokomo, Indiana; three sisters, Faye Griggs of Clinton, Bea Eskridge and Shirley Barnett of Dennard; a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other family.
