Arthur David Jeffery Our Beloved friend Art, 62, was received by his creator on a beautiful Sunday morning, June 5. Born and raised in Riverside, Calif., he relocated to Bella Vista with the love of his life, Jutti, who preceded him in death. Arthur loved his country and served as an accomplished expert rifleman in the USMC. Prior to retiring in 2012, Art was employed by Decision Point, where he helped countless others. As a dear friend of Bill W. Art was part of a worldwide family for whom he was truly grateful. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
