Billy Carroll Harelson, 80, of Atkins passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2016. Funeral service will be Monday, June 20, 2016, 10 a.m. at Union Grove Free Will Baptist Church, with Rev. David Bishop and Rev. Mark Simmons officiating. Visitation will be Sunday 2-4 p.m. at Lemley Chapel.
