Lois Pearl Bone

Lois Pearl Bone, 93, of Bella Vista passed away June 15 in Bella Vista. She was born October 3, 1922 to Charles Humphreys and Leona May Garvin Humphreys in Quenemo, Kansas. Lois retired from being Executive Secretary to the C.E.O. of Daniels McCray Lumber in Kansas City, Mo. She was a member of BETA SIGMA PHI sorority since 1943 and of P.E.O. since 1969. She was also a member of Bella Vista United Methodist Church since she and her husband moved to the area in 1994. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Bone; her parents; five brothers; and one sister. Lois is survived by her son, Michael Bone and his wife Lucia; her daughter Melissa Watson; three grandchildren: Matthew Bone, Mark Bone, Stacy Bone-Rapp, and their spouses; and seven great-grandchildren. A graveside service for Lois will be held Saturday, June 18 at 10 a.m. at Bella Vista Cemetery in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Arrangements by Epting Funeral Home of Bella Vista.
